Our Staff

The executive staff of ISI consists of:

• Anna Baznik, MA, Executive Director, has over 20 years of experience leading managing and working with a wide range of health and human service programs in both the private and public arenas.
• Amy Thomas, MSW, Assistant Executive Director of Operations, has both administrative and clinical experience in managing Quality Assurance, financial and administrative services.
• Natalie Bryan, MHR, SPHR, Director of Human Resources.
• Yasmin Lugo, Ph.D., Director of Outpatient Programs, has a doctorate degree in clinical psychology and has over nine years of experience in mental health, and brings a wealth of knowledge in management and clinical research.
• Isabel Velasquez, MBA, Director of Finance, has over 10 years experience in financial and quality management of non-profit organizations with extensive knowledge of child welfare, behavioral health, developmental disabilities and grant programs.
• Amy L. Kryszan, MSW, Director of Quality Management, has eight years of experience working in child welfare and behavioral health programs throughout Central Florida, and is certified in Model Approach to Partnerships and Parenting (MAPP) Train the Trainer.
