Child Welfare Case Management
Intervention Services, Inc. provides Dependency Case Management for children whose families have been identified as in need of supervision due to abuse or neglect. It is the responsibility of the case managers, called Family Case Managers, to monitor the safety and well-being of the children, assist their families in getting the help they need in order to provide a safe environment for their children and/or find alternative living arrangements for the children when they cannot live at home. Relatives and adoptive families are two of the options for the children who cannot remain in their home. Referrals come from Protective Investigations from the Department of Children and Families and Family Services of Metro Orlando.
